SHELTERS and PAVILIONS

ENWOOD STRUCTURES offers the customer standard shelter packages, and custom designed shelters. All shelters are fabricated with #1 grade Southern Yellow Pine, maximum moisture content15%, and treated components are treated prior to lamination for maximum protection.

·         STANDARD SHELTER PACKAGES include picnic shelters, gazebos, pavilions, amphitheaters, band stages, and dugout covers. All are available in numerous sizes, and are offered with a variety of options including metal roofs, steel columns, benches, rails, cupolas, and more.

·         CUSTOM DESIGNED SHELTERS are specifically tailored to your unique and special requirements and engineered and manufactured to facilitate the most challenging projects. EnWood prides itself in working closely with designers, engineers and architects with technical support and manufacturing expertise for complex projects.

PEDESTRIAN and LIGHT VEHICULAR BRIDGES  

ENWOOD STRUCTURES’  pedestrian and light vehicular bridge systems are

well suited for golf courses, parks, hiking and bike trails, greenways, and private developments.   

·         PRE-FABRICATED PEDESTRIAN AND LIGHT VEHICULAR BRIDGE PACKAGES

The standard bridge packages, made of Southern Yellow Pine often can be shipped partially or fully assembled to expedite on-site installation and reduce job-site labor costs.  Bridge rail systems are tailored to the requests and requirements of the project.

·         CUSTOM DESIGNED PEDESTRIAN and LIGHT VEHICULAR BRIDGES

Custom designed pedestrian and light vehicular bridges, made of Southern Yellow Pine are available with full design and engineering support.  Quality craftsmanship, superior customer support, and timely deliveries distinguish ENWOOD STRUCTURES’ custom bridges above others.

Bridge widths, lengths, and camber, are as per customer request and project requirements.  Girder bridge systems offer clear-spans to 100’, and arch suspension bridge systems offer clear-spans to 220’. Full span for most any bridge design is virtually unlimited.

HIGHWAY BRIDGES

ENWOOD STRUCTURES’  highway bridges are designed, engineered, and built for strength, durability, longevity, and beauty. ENWOOD’S bridges offer a viable alternative to steel and concrete structures.   Bridges are pre-fabricated prior to shipment, thus facilitate ease of installation.  These laminated wood bridges require minimal maintenance, have an extended service life, and offer an aesthetic harmony only found with a wood bridge.

Standard design configurations for HS20 loading with spans ranging from 16’ to 80’ are available for single and multi-lane bridges.  Larger spans are possible with truss or deck arch bridge designs.
